It's not just the Hormones department where I've experienced disappointment and setbacks.

Having top surgery was one of the best things to happen to me, having been waiting and dependent on it happening for such a long time now. However, there were constant delays despite being told I would be prioritised. At my initial consultation with a member of the surgical team being told that I would be given the 'next available appointment' for my pre-op, and then not being seen for over six months.

So despite how grateful I am to the surgical team, I need this map to still be an honest reflection of my experience.
