I decided the T-shape of the Referral line needed editing to aid the circle analogy. As the top-left of the T is for GP referral, and the top-right is for self-referral, with the top-centre being the screening appointment.

My line needed to reflected my journey of being referred by my GP, having the screening appointment, my referral going AWOL before I am asked to self-refer back into the service nearly four years after discharge.

However, I still want to maintain the original look to indicate how the NHS service pathway is meant to go.
