Having ordered A3 card with the plan to merge all my sections together in one big drawing, and scan it in at my dad's work to have a print to send to Jonathan for GROTTO, dad reveals that work have an A3 printer but they don't have a scanner... *sigh* so I will be testing my desk-capabilities post-surgery.
I am now six-weeks post-surgery, and in theory that's how long I've been signed off of work: but a few sutures came out in my side and opened up a couple of small holes that merged into one bigger hole, so work is a no-go based on that alone.
So this is me starting to figure out the layout digitally... unfortunately, I don't have many screenshots of this process - as in I have this, and the end product - when I'm in the zone I just keep going and don't consider the record keeping aspect. I really wish I'd kicked off some kind of screen recording to capture it all, and I'll definitely have to try my best to remember to do that next time!!
